Polling for elections takes place at the Township Hall, 10990 Clinton Road, Manchester, MI. Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Voter Registration Information
You can register to vote by mail, in person at the Township Office, in person at the County
Clerk’s office, or by visiting any Secretary of State branch office.You must be registered to vote 30 days prior to an election
in order to participate in that election. .

Absentee Voting Information
Requests for absent voter ballots must be made
in writing and must be signed. You can download an Absent Voter Application, call or email the Clerk's office to request an application, or you may pick up an application at the township
hall during regular office hours. Absent voter ballot applications may be returned by email, postal mail, placed in the town hall's secured drop box, or delivered directly to the Township Clerk during the Clerk's regular office hours.

You can request an absent
voter ballot if you are expecting to be absent from the community the entire
time the polls are open on election day; are 60 years of age or older; are
physically unable to attend the polls without the assistance of another;
because of the tenants of your religion; have been appointed an election
precinct inspector in a precinct other than the precinct where you reside; or
are confined in jail awaiting arraignment or trial.
The Township Clerk also maintains a “Permanent Absent Voter List”,
which means that prior to every election the voter will be mailed an Absent
Voter (AV) Ballot Application. For every election Permanent
Absent Voters must still complete, sign and return the AV application. If
you are interested in being placed on the Clerk's Permanent AV List, please email or call the Township Clerk.

Notice to All Voters: Photo I.D. Required
All voters appearing at the polls must show a government-issued or school-issued photo I.D. prior to voting. In the event that you do not have any valid identification, you will be required to sign an affidavit attesting to that before being allowed to vote.
