NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given for public hearing of the
Bridgewater Township Zoning Board of Appeals on
Monday June 23, 2008 at 7:00 P.M at the Township Hall, 10990 Clinton Road,
Clinton, Michigan.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by the Mary Ann
Chellman Trust for a variance from the Bridgewater Township Zoning Ordinance
Section 1208 A3, to allow an additional lot and driveway off an easement for
the building of a future home. Parcel number Q-17-28-300-027,
Clinton-Manchester Rd., Clinton, MI 49236.
The application for the variance and all supporting papers can be examined by making an appointment with Bridgewater Township Clerk, Cynthia J. Carver, 734-428-0372. or at the Township Hall during office hours Monday & Wednesday 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. or Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Persons wishing to comment may do so at the meeting or by writing to Theodore Sippel, Bridgewater Township Zoning Board of Appeals, 9998 Hogan Rd, Manchester, Michigan 48158.
The Bridgewater Township Board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting or public hearing upon ten days’ notice to Bridgewater Township Board.
